By accessing and using https://wp-staging.ppcdesigns.com (“Website”) and the PPC Designs platform at https://app.ppcdesigns.com (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by PPC Designs LTD (“PPC Designs”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.
1. The Service
PPC Designs provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing paid-media and social engagement. This includes tools to ingest public comments on your Facebook Pages, posts, advertisements, and Instagram Business media; generate AI-suggested replies; and reply, hide, delete, or moderate comments on your explicit instruction. We may add, remove, or change features at any time and will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect your use of the Service.
2. Use of Website and Platform
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree not to misuse the Service, disrupt its operations, attempt to access secured areas without authorization, reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent rate limits or security controls, scrape or harvest data, upload malicious code, or use the Service to build a competing product.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate signup information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@ppcdesigns.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Submitting Information
When you submit information through our forms, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
5. Connecting Meta and Instagram
To use the comment-management features you will be asked to connect one or more Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and/or Meta Ad Accounts via Meta’s OAuth flow. By connecting these, you:
You can disconnect at any time from the Service settings, which revokes our access tokens. Your use of Meta and Instagram data through the Service is also subject to Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Community Standards. You must not use the Service to violate them.

The Service uses large language models (currently Anthropic’s Claude) to generate suggested replies to comments. You understand that:

You retain all rights to the content you upload, configure (including voice profiles, tone guidelines, and example replies), or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant PPC Designs a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service to you. You represent that Your Content does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate any law or these Terms.
9. No Guarantees
Submitting a lead form, receiving a free consultation, or using the Service does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. Performance in marketing depends on many external factors.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website and platform, including text, images, logos, graphics, software, and trademarks (excluding Your Content), is owned by PPC Designs or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute content without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta Platforms, Instagram, and Anthropic. Your use of those platforms through the Service is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or any downtime, changes, or data loss caused by them.
12. Fees
The Service may be offered free of charge during beta. Paid plans, if introduced, will be clearly disclosed before you are charged and subject to a separate order form or subscription agreement. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any existing account is charged.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing contact@ppcdesigns.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and we will delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or that the Service will be error-free. We do not warrant that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate, appropriate, or compliant with any law or platform policy.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPC Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Website, the platform, or reliance on any information or suggestion provided. PPC Designs’ total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold PPC Designs harmless from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including Meta’s Platform Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Service and/or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
